Commonly known as Frosted Thorn, boasts attractive, dark-green, broadly oval foliage which turns marvelous shades of yellow, orange and copper in the autumn. A fine display of single white flowers appear amongst the spiny branches in May, providing nectar for insects. This is followed by impressive red fruits in the autumn, which hang well into the winter.
